2. TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available for students from preschool through high school, and are granted based on financial need. If you are in need of a scholarship, you may apply by filling out the FACTS application.
**If your family lives outside of the USA, fill out an International Scholarship Application form.
You will receive a response via email inviting you to schedule an interview with your daughter and the principal.
**Students entering high school will also receive information regarding the entrance exams.
You will be notified of your acceptance and receive instructions for registration via email.
Admissions for 2020/21 are now closed. Registration for 2021/22 will open in January 2021.
**Please note that the information you submit in your application is stored in our database and will be used to contact you in the future. Please ensure that all names, phone numbers, email addresses, and your home address are accurate.
Documents you will need:
A recent head shot of your child
Your child's immunization record
Your child's birth certificate
For transfer students: transcripts and report cards
If you are in need of a tuition scholarship, you may apply through FACTS, an independent online platform that collects information and assesses eligibility while maintaining dignity and discretion.
Documents you will need to complete the application process:
Copies of your 2019 IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040a, or 1040-EZ US Individual Income Tax Return
Copies of all your 2019 W-2s
Copies of all supporting documents if you have business income/loss
Copies of all supporting documentation for household non-Taxable Income such as Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker's Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
FACTS charges an application fee of $35, payable by debit or credit card.
In order to be considered for a tuition scholarship, a verified FACTS application must be submitted by by April 30, 2020. Scholarship funds are limited and will be disbursed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your FACTS application must be fully completed with all supporting documents uploaded in order for it to be verified. Only then can the Tuition Committee review your request for a tuition scholarship.
Once your application is complete, it takes up to two weeks for FACTS to verify your information. They may contact you to request further supporting documents.
Once we receive notification of your verified application, our Tuition Committee reaches a decision within two weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
I would like to pay my tuition by check and I don't see that option in the parent portal
Beth Rivkah no longer accepts payment in the form of a private check (unless it is coming directly from your employer). If you do send in checks, we will use the routing number and account number to take a direct payment instead of cashing the check. For your convenience, you can also enter this information as an ACH option.
