The Building Fund
The Building Fund is a family obligation that is used for the expansion and maintenance of our school buildings and properties.
Throughout the time your children attend Bais Rivkah, your family will make a one-time contribution of $2,500 to the Building Fund. This contribution is typically divided over the first five years your children attend Bais Rivkah. Once the full $2,500 contribution has been paid, the Building Fund charge will be removed from your enrollment contract.
For families whose children attend our preschool program through Head Start or voucher-funded placements, any remaining Building Fund balance must be completed before the child enters grade school.
The tuition covers the operating costs of your daughter's schooling. The Building Fund fee helps expand our school to meet the needs of our growing community.

Preschool Classrooms
With preschool, Head Start, Transition and Pre1A growing by leaps and bounds, the Building Fund stepped in to create new classrooms from underutilized spaces. No less than 6 classrooms were created in the past three years.
New Library
Original plans called for the iconic octagon to be a magnificent student library. A leaking roof derailed those plans. The Building Fund replaced the windows, repaired the damage and created a magnificent world of books for students to enjoy.

High School Bathroooms
Since 1927, the building at 310 Crown St. has served students. Recently, the restrooms were renovated to make them more up-to-date. New bathrooms and a lounge were also added to service second year Seminary students.
Improved Security
The safety of our students is a top priority. With new motorized gates and security booths, outdoor security guards have better ways to monitor the grounds. With new lockdown-equipped doors in classrooms, teachers are better equipped inside the building.
