Summer 5779/2019

Dear Parents,

 

We are pleased to inform you that registration for Bais Rivkah Day Camp 5779 is currently open.

 

Please note:  This year registration for Kiddie Camp and Grades 1-5 will be done online ONLY.

Online registration must be completed no later than Thursday, May 30th, to attend the first week of camp – July 1.

 

 

Kiddie Camp Division (Pre-school & Pre 1a):

 

·       Camp Dates: Tuesday, 29 Sivan/July 2 - Thursday, 21 Av/August 22

·       Camp Location: 470 Lefferts Avenue, corner Brooklyn Avenue

·       Camp Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 2:45, Friday 9:00 – 12:45

·       Fee:  $1440 full summer, $180/week    **Grand trip and t-shirt fees not included.

Campers must be born no later than 12/31/2015 to attend Kiddie Camp this summer.

 

There is no bus service within a block of day camp – Brooklyn Ave, East New York Ave, Sterling St, Balfour Pl, New York, and Lefferts Ave.

 

Kiddie Camp will do their best to accommodate door to door service for as many children as possible, but BRDC reserves the right to request a parent to pick up at the nearest corner.

 

 

Main Camp Division (Grades 1-5):

 

·       Camp Dates: Monday, 28 Sivan/July 1 - Thursday, 21 Av/August 22

·       Camp Location: 310 Crown Street, between New York and Nostrand Avenue

·       Camp Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 3:45, Friday 9:00 – 1:00

·       Fee:  $1440 full summer, $180/week    **Grand trip and t-shirt fees not included.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER:

1.      Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone 

2.      Access to the internet

3.      Valid email address (that parent uses regularly) 

4.      Valid credit/debit card for $200 deposit. (If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please call our office before starting your online registration).

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

The form will time out after 20 minutes and you will not be able to save your information so please be prepared with the following before you begin filling out the form.

 

·       Camper/s information such as: · Child’s name · Child’s birthday · Child’s school · Grade completed ‘18/19

·       First name and last name of Hebrew teacher

·       Parent contact information for both parents

·       Emergency contact name and cell number

·       Primary doctor name and phone number

·       Know which weeks your child will be attending. (If your plans change email us at  daycamp@bethrivkah.edu at least one week in advance for you not to be charged).

 

It is imperative that all information provided such as phone numbers, email addresses etc. be 100% accurate.

 

 

HOW TO REGISTER:

STEP 2: COMPLETE FAMILY INFO

Please complete all necessary family information.

 

 

 

STEP 3: AGREE TO TERMS

Once completed, you will see a list of registration terms. Carefully read through and agree to all these terms to continue.

 

 

 

STEP 4: ADD CAMPER

· Child’s name

· Child’s birthday

· Child’s school

· Child’s grade

· Child’s health info

· Child’s transportation info

Any changes to bus service or last-minute requests should be made via the camp office. Bus drivers do not have the authority to make changes or special accommodations without prior permission from the office.

 

 

 

STEP 5: SELECT PROGRAM

Choose your desired program (Kiddie Camp or Main Camp)

 

 

 

STEP 6: SELECT SESSIONS

 

Choose desired weeks your daughter/s will attend. 

 

 

 

STEP 7: CONFIRM INFO

Review all information and confirm info entered is correct before clicking “SUBMIT”.

 

 

 

STEP 8: DEPOSIT

Enter your credit card info to pay the deposit.

 

 

 

STEP 9: CONFIRMATION EMAIL

 

You will receive a confirmation email. MAKE SURE TO READ IT VERY CAREFULLY.  The email will confirm that your application has been submitted and is being reviewed. In addition, the email will include a health form to be filled out by your doctor and sent to the Day Camp office ASAP, no later than June 20, 2019. By order of the NYC Health Department, all campers must be fully immunized to attend BRDC. No exceptions. No religious exemptions will be allowed.

 

 

There will also be a scholarship application in the confirmation email.
