Dear Parents,

 

We are pleased to inform you that registration for Bais Rivkah Day Camp 5778 is currently open.

 

 

NEW for this year! Registration for Kiddie Camp and Main Camp will be done online ONLY.

BRDC camper registration must be completed by  Monday, May 28 - Sivan 14. L ate registration will be processed based upon availability. There will be a late fee of $50 per camper.
 
ADMISSION CARDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO CAMPERS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED ALL FORMS (INCLUDING HEALTH FORM) AND ARE PAID IN FULL.
 
Please note, campers must be registered for each specific week in order to be admitted that week. To add a week, we must be notified no later than  Tuesday of the previous week. If your child will NOT be attending, we must be notified a week in advance in order for you not to be charged.

 

Kiddie Camp Division (Pre-school & Pre 1a):

 

·         ·  Camp Dates: Tuesday, June 26, 13 Tammuz -   Thursday, August 16, 5 Elul

·        ·  Camp Location: 470 Lefferts Avenue, corner Brooklyn Avenue

·         ·  Camp Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 2:45, Friday 9:00 – 12:45

·         ·  Fee:  $1,200 full summer, $150/week **

Campers must be born no later than 12/31/2014 to attend Kiddie Camp this summer.

  

 

Main Camp Division (Grades 1-5):

 

·         ·  Camp Dates: Tuesday, June 26, 13 Tammuz -   Thursday, August 16, 5 Elul

·       ·   Camp Location: 310 Crown Street, between New York and Nostrand Avenue

·        ·  Camp Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 3:45, Friday 9:00 – 1:00

·        ·  Fee:  $1,200 full summer, $150/week **

  

 

  WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1.      Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone 

2.      Access to the internet

3.      Valid email address (that parent uses) 

4.      Valid credit/debit card for $200 deposit per camper + 3% credit card fee

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

The form will time out after 20 minutes and you will not be able to save your information so please be prepared with the following before you begin filling out the form. 

Once you click "submit" you cannot  go back to your application. If you need to make any changes (payment, add or subtract weeks) please  contact us at daycamp@bethrivkah.edu and we will make the changes for you. If you have any questions, contact us BEFORE you begin filling out the form. 

·         Camper/s information: · Child’s name · Child’s birthday · Child’s school · Grade completed ‘17/ ‘18

·         First name and last name of Hebrew teacher

·         Parent contact information for both parents

·         Emergency contact name and cell number of relative or friend other than parent

·         Primary doctor name and phone number

·         Know which weeks your child will be attending. (If your plans change email us at daycamp@bethrivkah.edu at least one week in advance for you not to be charged).

  

It is imperative that all information provided such as phone numbers, email addresses etc. be 100% accurate.

STEP 2: complete family info

Please complete all necessary family information.

 

 

 

STEP 3: agree to terms

Once completed, you will see a list of registration terms. Carefully read through and agree to all these terms to continue.

 

 

 

STEP 4: ADD camper

· Child’s name

· Child’s birthday

· Child’s school

· Child’s grade

· Child’s health info

· Child’s transportation info

 

 

 

STEP 5: SELECT PROGRAm

Choose your desired program.

 

 

 

STEP 6: SELECT Sessions

 

Choose your desired weeks your daughter/s will attend IYH. 

 

 

 

STEP 7: Comfirm info

Review all information and make sure you have added the names of all the children you are registering to Day Camp. Confirm info entered is correct before clicking “SUBMIT”.

 

 

 

STEP 8: DEPOSIT

Enter your credit card info to pay the deposit.

 

 

 

STEP 9: confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email to parent 1 with instructions on completing the registration process.  MAKE SURE TO READ IT VERY CAREFULLY. The email will confirm that your application has been successfully submitted and is being reviewed. In addition, the email will include a health and scholarship application.
