SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
Please follow these steps to ensure that your daughter is registered in a timely manner.
3. WAIT FOR A DECISION
You can expect to receive a decision from the tuition committee within four weeks of submitting a fully completed FACTS application.
4. SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
Set up a payment plan and sign your contract to complete registration in the parent portal.
If you are in need of a tuition scholarship, you may apply through FACTS, an independent online platform that collects information and assesses eligibility while maintaining dignity and discretion.
Documents you will need to complete the application process:
Copies of your 2019 IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040a, or 1040-EZ US Individual Income Tax Return
Copies of all your 2019 W-2s
Copies of all supporting documents if you have business income/loss
Copies of all supporting documentation for household non-Taxable Income such as Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker's Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
FACTS charges an application fee of $35, payable by debit or credit card.
In order to be considered for a tuition scholarship, a verified FACTS application must be submitted by by April 30, 2020. Scholarship funds are limited and will be disbursed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your FACTS application must be fully completed with all supporting documents uploaded in order for it to be verified. Only then can the Tuition Committee review your request for a tuition scholarship.
Once your application is complete, it takes up to two weeks for FACTS to verify your information. They may contact you to request further supporting documents.
Once we receive notification of your verified application, our Tuition Committee reaches a decision within two weeks.

How do I log into the portal if I forgot my username or password?
If you have forgotten your username or password please click here to reset your username or password through the link in the portal where it says, "Forgot Username or Password?"
I reset my username and passoword and I still can't log in
If you have an outstanding balance due for prior years’ tuition, you must resolve the issue by setting up a payment plan to cover your previous balance. Once resolved, you will be allowed access to the portal and can begin registration for the new school year. Please contact the Registration office at 718 735 0745 Ext 1313 to make payment arrangements.
What happens if I register my daughter after May 1, 2020?
Any student who is not fully registered before June 1, 2020 will be charged an additional $200 fee to reopen registration. This also applies to those who have begun registration prior to June 1, 2020 but have not finalized and selected a payment plan by the above deadline.
I would like to pay my tuition by check and I don't see that option in the parent portal
Beth Rivkah no longer accepts payment in the form of a private check (unless it is coming directly from your employer). If you do send in checks, we will use the routing number and account number to take a direct payment instead of cashing the check. For your convenience, you can also enter this information as an ACH option.
