If you filled out FACTS last year and your financial status has remained the same, we request that you fill it out again. The anonymous data collected from FACTS provides essential information regarding our school community's financial needs and is the basis of many of our funding sources. Thank you!
Documents you will need to complete the application process:
Copies of your 2019 IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040a, or 1040-EZ US Individual Income Tax Return
Copies of all your 2019 W-2s
Copies of all supporting documents if you have business income/loss
Copies of all supporting documentation for household non-Taxable Income such as Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker's Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

In order to be considered for a tuition scholarship, a verified FACTS application must be submitted by by April 30, 2020. Scholarship funds are limited and will be disbursed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your FACTS application must be fully completed with all supporting documents uploaded in order for it to be verified. Only then can the Tuition Committee review your request for a tuition scholarship.
Once your application is complete, it takes up to two weeks for FACTS to verify your information. They may contact you to request further supporting documents.
Once we receive notification of your verified application, our Tuition Committee reaches a decision within two weeks.
